Mortar analysis testing and matching services are provided across the U.S. from our laboratory in Texas. Analysis of mortar samples take about a week and you will receive your mortar testing report by mail. Mortar analysis and matching takes about a week, and bag of mortar may take a few more days. In most cases, we provide the mortar analysis, color matching, and produce bags of pointing mortar, and send you the report and mortars within 5-10 business days. AMR Labs provides timely, reliable results.

1. Collect Samples

Mortar analysis requires about a cup of mortar for testing.
Crumbled mortar is fine. We can still test mortar samples.
For mortar color matching, surface samples are best.
